About Me

With an interest and a background in psychology, I am particularly interested in how small changes in behaviour can transform lives.

Nowhere has this been more relevant in my life’s experiences. I was a successful businessmen and entrepreneur until a near fatal accident which left me with physical and emotional issues that needed to be overcome. I realised that I had to transform my life from the beginning and start all over again. I had to decide if I was to stay in this negative space or push myself to a new place, one where I could have meaning and purpose once again. It wasn’t easy, sometimes great experiences aren’t but I rehabilitated my body and empowered my mental attitude. I was left with the new realisation that the battle is in the mind and with the right frame of mind we can overcome any adversity.

Throughout my life I have prided myself on being compassionate and non-judgmental about people, and have always been very passionate about helping individuals (e.g. friends, colleagues, clients alike) achieve their goals. One common theme I have noticed in individuals who successfully achieve their goals is their unwavering commitment to change. Simply doing something different tomorrow than they did today is an empowering state change, and something all of my committed clients experience.

My training and life experience includes all of the traditional and modern models of counselling. At the same time I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. For you, my client, this means we can choose the best therapeutic strategy to meet your individual needs at any time not based solely on theory, but first-hand experience.
